A zoo guest was observing the otters when she accidentally dropped her phone. Initially, it appeared that she was going to get it back, as an eager otter cheerfully swam up to the device and picked it up. “What a kind creature!” the owner likely thought.

It was at this point that the otter tried to smash the phone to pieces.

While he failed, he also swam away with it, meaning the owner probably isn’t going to get it back anytime soon. Hope you had it backed up!
