There’s a thing you can do when it’s really cold where you throw boiling water in the air, then watch as it becomes a cloud.

When done correctly, it can be really cool, as shown in this video. However, when it’s done incorrectly — e.g., when you just whip the damn thing over your head — it can not only ruin the effect, but give you some pretty nasty burns, as this woman quickly learned.
