Woman Arrested After Attacking Snow Revelers

A Seattle woman was arrested for chasing down pedestrians and driving while high after an incident during the latest snowstorm. Her Jeep was hit by a snowball and she didn't take it well. She attempted to wreck into pedestrians and had to be physically restrained.
