Locals Declare War on Cops With Fireworks in Minneapolis

The 4th of July typically has no shortage of firework fails, fires, and drama either between families, neighbors, or sometimes with police. This year, locals in Minneapolis decided to get a little wild and wound up shooting several rocket / mortar styled fireworks at local police.


In these videos, you can see youths in Minneapolis brazenly launch fireworks at a police squad car during July 4th festivities that turned chaotic in Dinktown, despite proactive measures taken by officials to maintain order.  As many as 6 people were reported to have sustained minor injuries and burns. It is unclear if any arrests were made or citations issued.
