Aboveground pools are the unloved stepchildren of the pool world. Sure, you can have the experience of taking a dip in the summertime, but is it really a pool if I can’t drunkenly slip off the edge of it and ruin my AirPods in the process?

When the end of the pool season comes, you can ditch your aboveground pool in a few ways. First, you can drain it and leave it where it is. Second, you can drain it and pack it up. Third, you can do what these guys did and just pop the damn thing.

It’ll flood the neighborhood, but it sure does look fun when you do it!
