'They Wanted Freckles Tattooed But Got Bad Acne Instead': No One Thinks These Viral Freckle Tattoos Look Good

In the day and age of face filters and encroaching plastic surgery, turning your body into a work of art, or something it's not has only gotten easier. 

And apparently, freckle tattoos are now the new "it" thing. Go figure. 

Which, on the surface isn't the worst thing people have done to their bodies, however, the results of this viral video showing the before and after photos of people (mostly women) who made the leap and got permanent freckles tattooed on their faces is pretty hilarious. 

When did freckles become such a coveted thing? Who is making these absurd beauty standards? And why is Chian to blame (kidding)? 

But really, this is a fad and will surely die down, but not before leaving some people with forever acne.
