HBO’s new Watchmen series from Lost creator Damon Lindelof is here. While it's not a direct adaptation of the original graphic novels by Alan Moore in 1986, it is set to take place within the same world he created. On Instagram, Lindelof wrote, "We have no desire to ‘adapt’ the twelve issues Mr. Moore and Mr. Gibbons created thirty years ago," and that, "Those issues are sacred ground and they will not be retread nor recreated nor reproduced nor rebooted."
