The Deranged Video Combining Ab Workouts, Boxing Practice and Bears

Russians are a different breed. Everybody knows that. But even as crazy Russians go, these guys working out with a bear are on some wild stuff.

Originally posted on the Russian workout blogger vovkd_0804's Instagram, the video has amassed 25 thousand likes, and been shared across the internet. Even ESPN published the next-level clip to their TikTok. 

But while the average American can't fathom the veins of steel, or vodka, that went into this video's creation, many viewers were not surprised.

vovkd_0804 has many videos with the well-behaved bear, including with Santa Claus, playing soccer, and doing pull-ups. He even has a video with a Tiger. 

How is this all possible?
