This is Charleston White, someone who the internet tells me is a comedian and a community leader, whatever that means. Anyway, he’s been arrested a few times in his life, but if this police stop is any indication, it didn’t seem to bother him at all.

As can be viewed from this highlight reel, or seen in full in the arrest video, White is almost too compliant, offering his life story and colorful explanations as to why he has both a gun and weed in his car.
