Most of us enjoy Halloween, like dressing up in costumes, handing out candy, and of course, decorating your home. You probably know a friend, family member, or neighbor who gets a bit carried away and takes it too far on occasion. This Artist from Texas did exactly that. His bloody Halloween decor caused some alarm among some neighbors who probably thought it was a real crime scene and called 911.
