Tennis Player Smashes Ball Into Her Partner’s Head

Tennis is a sport of skill, speed, and apparently, violence.

Usually, tennis only enters the mainstream consciousness if a player does something really stupid, mean or unintentionally erotic. But, ever since the movie Challengers came out, there have been more eyes on the sport, with CNN reporting in May 2024 that tennis was experiencing a “resurgence” across the country.

And why shouldn’t it? After all, what other sports allow you to see someone hit their teammate square in the head with a ball?
