Surveillance Camera Captures Explosion that Launched a 1.5 Million Gallon Water Tank 70 Feet in the Air

A worker was killed after a tank he was welding exploded, sending a massive water tank 70 feet in the air causing a tsunami at the job site. The City of Lemoore has declared a State of Emergency following the deadly water tank explosion Monday afternoon. The rupture of the city water tank has left the site out of operation and officials are urging residents to conserve water as much as possible and may be issuing a "boil notice" in the coming days due to possibly contaminated water.
