Storm Sends Inflatable Anime Character on a Journey

This would actually be a great cartoon by itself.

A cute, inflatable Chinese mascot went for a ride after being ripped from its supports by a storm. That said, the resultant video is actually pretty cute, if you ask me. While people in the background scream in terror, our hero just delightfully bounces through the city, ricocheting across cars and bounding across courtyards to the beat of his own drum.

How could you not love him? (Unless he crushes your car/kids, of course).
