Someone Set a Lot Full of Teslas on Fire

Guess they’re going to be using that anti-Tesla terrorism charge sooner than we thought!

At around 3 a.m. Las Vegas time, an as-of-yet-unidentified arsonist set fire to a lot of cars parked at a Tesla service station. Police are still investigating the case and have presently not provided any information about potential motivations or suspects.

It’s fair to say, though, that everyone has a theory about what’s going on. Tesla dealerships have faced protests and vandalism in recent weeks, with a notable case of arson occurring in Toulouse, France in which a dozen Tesla vehicles were burnt to a crisp.

Las Vegas police have announced a press conference later today, at which time they will offer additional information.
