San Francisco Woman Finds Stolen License Plate on Identical Car

A woman who set off on her own investigation, found both her stolen license plate and a stolen car.
San Francisco resident, Katie Lyons realized one day that the front license plate had been removed from her white Audi Q5 SUV. After doing some research, she found that the plate had been put on an identical white Audi Q5 that had been racking up parking tickets.
Katie went straight to the source, and found a white Q5 with her plate attached. The vehicle was sitting in the exact neighborhood listed on the parking ticket. To her surprise THAT Audi turned out to be stolen as well.
It's a bold tactic by a criminal, but also...maybe don't park somewhere you're going to get ticket.
