Riot Breaks Out After Everyone Tries to Steal Fake Present Decorations at the Same Time

You guys know those are fake, right?

Around the holiday season, it’s common for businesses to decorate their shops with fake presents. This conveys the feeling of Christmas or whatever other holiday you want to celebrate without involving that much work.

Crucially, these presents are fake, with many of the boxes containing nothing more than air — but don’t tell that to these Chinese rioters.

The story goes that a store was having a giveaway event when, suddenly, one person decided to remove a fake present from a nearby decorative tree. Soon, everyone else joined in, leaving piles of empty boxes in their wake.

They may not have gotten any real presents, but when the actual holiday rolled around, I hope they got a nice lump of coal in their stockings.
