Local News Reporter Hit by Car on Live TV
Featured 16 minutes ago
Thankfully, WSAZ reporter Tori Yorgey appeared to be fine afterward and continued her report.
The incident occurred during Yorgey's report on wet winter and burst pipes, a car rounding the corner bumps into her just enough to knock her down completely off-camera. Meanwhile, news anchor Tim Irr in the studio was relying only on an audio feed which is why he appears to be especially confused by the incident.
As Yorgey noted, this apparently wasn't the first time she's been hit by a car in a similar fashion, and she was checked out by medical professionals after concluding her report.
