It's the most wonderful time of the year. Or the most dangerous if you ask the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The organization typically known for recalls, preventing choking hazards in toys, and other random safety guidelines posted this epic Thanksgiving PSA. Specifically for those who are deep-frying their bird this year, but the message applies to all methods of cooking a turkey.
Stay safe, have a have a Happy Thanksgiving, and as my mom would always so delicately put it, "We're not taking anyone to the hospital today, so don't get hurt."
