Police Chasing Tractor Make It Flip Off the Road

I’ve always wondered what the limits of a police chase are. For example, if a police officer is on horseback and sees a criminal trying to get away, will they pursue them on horse? What if the perp gets into a car? Is there going to be a horse/car chase tearing up the streets of Los Angeles?

This incident plays on that same theme. Somehow, the police have gotten into a chase with a tractor — a chase that, despite most tractors topping out at about 30 mph, the cops seem to be losing. However, their fortune soon turns as the tractor driver’s sours, with the tractor flipping and tumbling across the road.
