Police Chase 83-Year-Old Man on a Riding Lawnmower

Quick! He’s (somehow) getting away!

One would think that, if they’re going to successfully run from the cops, they’ll need some sort of special ability or high-powered car to do so. After all, these guys go through a ton of training, and many cop cars have been souped-up with top specs to get great performance. All of that means that the perps are screwed, right?

Well…let’s just say there’s not a lot of evidence for that. Cops giving chase on foot frequently showcases the force’s poor performance, and in this video, they can’t even stop an 83-year-old man on a riding lawnmower!

For those who are curious, the senior citizen was later arrested, marking the incident as his second run-in with the police after he had previously led police on a chase claiming he was “late for breakfast.”

Whom amongst us wouldn’t have done the same?
