Guy Refuses to Open Window for Police so They Break It Open

These guys were pulled over for not wearing seatbelts despite both occupants wearing one. After around ten minutes of arguing, one of the officers broke the driver side window and unlocked the door from the inside. He then grabbed the drivers arm and pulled him out of the car.
