Poland Tells Its Citizens Not to Be Scared of Germans

Given the history of the two nations, I get it.
In case you haven’t heard, Poland has been experiencing major flooding in recent weeks. Even though the country has spent its entire existence taking L after L, they really weren’t ready for this recent flood, with waters overwhelming the streets of many major cities.
Now, Germany has offered to help out, but before they do, the Polish government has to tell their citizens not to be scared of the German soldiers crossing the border.
At least, not at the moment.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk informs Poles that German soldiers are arriving in Poland to help with the flooding disaster:
