In a video, Heidi Aragon, posted to TikTok under the handle @fit_with_heidi the personal trainer can be seen doing squats while a man in a green shirt notices her from across the gym.
She continues her routine until he positions himself closer to get a better view, at which point Heidi asks her husband to come work out next to her.
And according to her TikTok, he continued to watch off-screen as she worked out. Eventually, she went over and confronted him about watching her, which he denied.
Heidi then informed him he was on video, as she records all her workouts, and that seemed to be enough because he quickly made haste and left her alone.
