Panhandler Packing Up After a Days "Work" Will Make You Mad

This guy noticed a car pull up near him and then a panhandler across the street stood up and ran his wheelchair across the road. He talked briefly to the guy that drove the car up, opened the trunk and took his wheelchair apart. The second guy grabbed a sign and crossed the road to the same corner.
