The Olympic Village Is Overrun with Bugs

The Olympic Village has too many issues to count, from poor bus service, to terrible beds, to bad food, to the bikes that everyone keeps stealing. Now, we can add another issue to that list: bugs.

Many rooms in the Paris Olympic Village didn’t come with air conditioning, while some teams appear to have paid to put A/C in their units. Those who come from countries that didn’t spring for A/C are now stuck leaving their windows and balcony doors open in hopes of cooling off — and, unfortunately, letting in a whole lot of bugs. Plus, this athlete says their shower doesn’t work. Good thing they’re not doing anything that would make them sweaty!
