North Korea Releases Music Video Starring Kim Jong Un and an ICBM

North Korea has released a video edit starring Kim Jong Un and his generals supposedly during the latest missile test that sent an ICBM -- co-starring in the video alongside Kim -- into Japanese waters.
In the bizarre video, which has the hastily-produced vibe of a low-rent music video, we see shots of the enormous intercontinental ballistic missile being unveiled and Kim, dressed in a flashy leather jacket and rocking a pair of shades, seemingly directing its launch. It even features an odd countdown scene with the backdrop of a pounding heartbeat.
You have to wonder what the goal was here. Sure, propaganda. But why would the brutal dictator of the world's most isolated authoritarian regime be trying so hard?
