Liquids are always a problem in outer space. To prevent the potential issues associated with in-space liquids floating about the cabin, NASA usually has astronauts drink out of bags — but what’s the fun in that?
In order to have a more authentic coffee experience, an astronaut designed a coffee cup for those in space that allows them to drink in zero gravity. The cup is designed to take advantage of the capillary flow principle to… I’m sorry, I just got distracted by the cup. Why does it look like… anyway, I know astronauts aren’t allowed to bang, but I guess nothing can stop them from being horny.
