There’s a lot that goes on in China that we, as Westerners, simply don’t know about. For example, cars that inflate, women selling bizarre modular homes, way too many livestreamers — all of this and more can be found within the land of the Red Dragon.

Recently, internet users have become fascinated with a city called Chongqing, which people on TikTok have depicted as a futuristic, multi-layered utopia.

However, as this guy on TikTok will be quick to tell you, living in Chongqing — and, more importantly, navigating the dense city — not only leaves a lot to be desired, but looks like a hellish experience.

Cool, yes, but also hellish.
