Man Plays ‘Chop Suey’ on a Speed Bag

Speed bag is one of those things that’s incredibly deceptive in its difficulty. Smacking a bag back and forth — I mean, how hard can it be?

The answer is pretty darn hard. While it’s easy enough to throw a few swings at the thing, building up any kind of rhythm takes loads of practice, and even after you’ve done that, learning to adjust your pace and alter how you’re hitting it can be a challenge.

That’s why it’s both impressive and absolutely ridiculous that this man managed to play System of a Down’s hit “Chop Suey” on a speed bag. He might not be able to fight, but at least he’s got this down!
