Watch out there, pal!

Police on horseback have always confused me. While advocates say that they’re as effective as 10 cops in terms of crowd control, the methodology used to come to this conclusion is unclear — and it certainly doesn’t speak well of the police that nine of them are as useful as something with the intelligence of a dog.

Regardless of my personal beliefs, mounted cops have a long history in police forces around the world, patrolling crowds and, in this case, knocking over people walking down the street.

Looks like he’s learning from his master!
