Man Has Seizure While Skydiving, Gets Rescued by Another Skydiver

Yet another way skydiving can go wrong.
On the list of potential hazards to be worried about when jumping out of a plane, “having a seizure in midair” isn’t the biggest worry — and yet, that’s exactly what happened to Christopher Jones of Perth, Australia.
In this video, you can see Jones suffering a seizure while in freefall. Thinking fast, instructor Sheldon McFarlane, equipped with a helmet camera, raced to his aid, stabilizing him and deploying his parachute at around 4,000 feet.
Miraculously, both skydivers — and the footage — survived.
