This sleazy scammer almost hit it big… by getting hit. He jumps in front of a moving car in a parking lot but unfortunately for him, this driver’s brakes worked a bit too well. Instead of cashing in on that juicy insurance check, he’s left standing there like a deer in headlights. What he does next is even more moronic. He flips the bird and begins berating the driver for stopping to ensure his safety.
