People who know how to do flips *really* love doing them. And why wouldn’t they? It’s impressive — especially after you’ve had a few beers — and can be done pretty much anywhere.

I say “pretty much” anywhere because there are a few places where it’s really not appropriate to do a flip, for varying reasons. One example of a place where a flip is a bad idea is a funeral. Another is “right next to a guy doing another flip.” That’s how you get kicked in the face, folks!
