Man Chases Dog Through New York City in the Most Thrilling Way

This guy spotted a dog escaping from his owner's arms. His reaction was to try and rescue the dog. As he is chasing the dog through the streets he screams his head off and tries to get other people to help him. The chase ends on a highway where he eventually captures the dog.
