Man and Woman Get Into Argument About Whether He’s Peeing or Jacking Off on the Subway

The subway is a bit of a free-for-all. When you’re underground, anything goes — from people carrying hawks to dudes transporting caskets. Oh yeah, there’s also crime (and cops who are too busy playing Angry Birds to do anything about it).
