Mall Security Guard Pulls Gun On Driver After He Ran Over A Safety Cone

This all happened at the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, California. The driver who was trying to park had to put his car in reverse to give another driver room, and in the process ran over a cone. That's when a mall security guard, who didn't have a security license or a permit to carry the gun. The driver is now suing the mall.
