Finally an umpire has taken a stand against the parents who continue to ruin youth sports.
A Little League umpire working in Texas forced a team to forfeit after parents of the children wouldn't stop complaining. The altercation started with the manager of said team arguing balls, strikes, and plays at first base. After the umpire gave an initial warning, the manager was ejected.
The umpire then warned the replacement 'adult' that if the game were to continue, the coach would have to get the crowd under control. That clearly didn't happen, so the umpire called the game. And honestly, good for him. It's no suprise nobody wants to umpire games at this level.
