Shooting Brings Little League Baseball Game to a Halt
SKYBRITE Published 04/29/2022
Gunshots rang out at a Little League baseball game on Monday night in South Carolina.
It's a sad time we live in when America's oldest pastime (baseball) is interrupted by America's newest pastime (shootings.)
Apparently some teens were fighting in close proximity to the ball field, and one of them decided to start shooting. I don't know about you but that pisses me off to no end.
And you can whine and pout all you want in the comment section about 'liberal this' and 'leftist that' but the point is it's got nothing to do with politics. These kids are trying to have fun and learn how to play f*cking game. Yet they can't even do that - in a rural setting mind you - without gunshots going off.
That's some true horsesh*t. I don't have the answers, but I'll just say this. I'm happy that none of these players/coaches/fans were injured. Hopefully something changes in this country someday, but it won't be any time soon.
