These days, very few parents spank their kids. This is for the best, as “hitting your child’s ass” is both wrong and never really made sense as a punishment. “Oh, your teacher gave you a D? Come here, and I’m going to slap your shitter!”

Anyway, as a result of this, there are (rightfully) very few times when kids are hit on their butts. And, as this video shows, when they do get such an injury, they don’t really know how to handle it.
