Kids say the darndest things, an adage that has definitely stood the test of time. Usually, they are just being brutally honest, but not in a malicious or mean way, they just haven't learned the social cues and tact that most adults have so they tend to say what's on their mind. Time to step your game up Mom, because that sandwich was terrible.
