Kid Delivering Cupcakes on a Hoverboard Gets a Face Full of Frosting

Don’t give the dessert to the kid on the balance board.

For a brief period, “hoverboards” were all the rage. These mini-Segway clones allowed people to speed along by doing nothing more than adjusting their center of balance — something that was, much like the Segway it seeked to copy, very briefly kind of cool.

Then, the problems began. First, people got annoyed by them and began to ban them. Second, they started exploding, which resulted in more bans. Third, I mean, do you really need a third?

Anyway, some of these machines are still chugging along out there. This kid has one of them, and someone thought it would be a great idea to put him in charge of dessert delivery. Needless to say, it wasn’t.
