This Karen threatens to cut the face of a diner trying to stand up for the staff of a Mexican restaurant after she blames them for ordering from the wrong location.
The diner decides to say something, after Karen repeatedly blames her own mistake on the fact that the restaurant workers don't speak English well enough, something that is obviously not true seeing as she's having an argument with one over the course of this video. When confronted, Karen turns her tone from hostile to violent on a dime, prompting the diner's husband to go up and cool her down.
