Jason Derulo has been charged with battery after getting into a fistfight with two guys after the pair called him Usher at a Las Vegas Hotel on Tuesday.
In the clip, we see Derulo exiting the hotel with his entourage when we hear, off-camera, one of the men call out, 'Hey, Usher!"
For some reason, being mistaken as one of the most successful R&B artists of all time seems to incense Derulo who immediately charges the two men and starts to throw hands right in the hotel lobby before being separated by security staff.
According to police, Derulo has been charged with one count of battery for the incident.
