BOOM: Incredible Footage Of the World's Largest Firework Ever Launched

This footage is of a 62 inch firework launched over Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It currently holds the Guinness World Record.
The firework weighs nearly 2,800 pounds and measured nearly five feet in diameter and the shell alone was 7 inches thick. It contains 380 individual blocks of pyrotechnics and wrapped in 51 miles of gummed paper tape!
The huge pyrotechnic was launched with a massive mortar that was more than 5 feet wide and 26 feet deep.
This was shot at the Winter Carbival in Steamboat Springs, Colorado back in 2020.
It's believed that the first fireworks were developed in the 2nd century B.C. in ancient Liuyang, China.
