Our pets know how to grind our gears to get what they want, and in this case, honk our horn.
These dogs can't wait for their owner to get back from the gas station store, and one of them has figured out a good way to make sure their owner comes back quickly: honking the horn. Climbing into the front seat, the Pit Bull mix lays on the horn like a Dodge Ram behind you at a stoplight. Embarrassed by the noise coming from his unmanned parked car, this guy explains the situation and rushes back to the car to stop the dog. Looks like the behavior worked, and he's just reinforced it for the next time he gets gas.
He might think twice about leaving that dog in the car unchecked the next time he decides to park somewhere.
