HOA Larry Attacks Kids and Breaks Their Fishing Poles

It can be difficult to understand how the Nazi Party came to power, until you meet the kind of people who run an HOA. 

Case in point: this petty tyrant and perpetual leg day-skipper decided to reclaim some of his lost manhood by terrorizing kids who were trying to fish in a local lake. Instead of being normal, he opted to break one of the kid’s fishing rods—and it only gets better from there! (At least a TikToker sent the kid a new rod).
