This frightening incident occurred in Edmonton, Canada back in 2019. The city was under a wind advisory that day and it's not entirely clear whether that was issued prior to these window washers going out there. The other occupant of the washer trolley was also unharmed and helped steer it down to safety where both workers were rescued via a ladder truck. Both men were seen walking away from the scene without comment, and honestly, we can't blame 'em.
