In the video, Claira threatens to stab anyone who says "all lives matter." She claimed it was a joke, and it doesn't seem like she was actually ready to square up and shank anyone.
However, when her future employer, Deloitte, heard about the negative traction the video was getting, they decided to rescind their job offer to Claira.
