Spring Breaker Sprung by Crowd after Being Arrested

Cops showed up to disperse an unruly maskless crowd partying it up on the beach for spring break. One man who was handcuffed and put in the back of the police car was freed when someone in the crowd opened the rear door. He made a break for it on foot but was recaptured shortly after.
