As you get older, things start to fall apart a bit. Your knees don’t work like they used to, and when you injure yourself, a pain that would usually go away after a few days now becomes a going concern between you and your doctor.

One of the things that also suffers as you get older is your balance. There are a lot of reasons for this, but the long and short of it is your body just gets worse at doing things.

This can have consequences. For example, you can fall off your front porch — and slam your head into the front of your truck.
